You must notify us in writing (email support@lightzey.com) within 30 days from the date of delivery of the relevant Goods (You will be deemed to have accepted such Goods if you fail to notify us within such period).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not be obliged to accept the return of any such Goods without a returns number having first been obtained by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The chandelier came whole-it was packed in a foam box with a sign of fragility, while everything is fine, let's see how it will be after installation.

It looks great during the day when the light is off, and looks even better at night. It casts a beautiful shadow on the ceiling.
